What we collect
- Public on the wall: the name or brand, social handle, color and image you submit with a spot.
- For payment: an order reference and the email address and country your payment provider shares with us. Card details stay with the payment provider.
- For security: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to stop bots, card testing and abuse. We don't store your raw IP address with orders.
- Cookies: none for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare's bot check (Turnstile) may set a cookie needed for security.
Why we use it
To show your spot, process and refund payments, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, and answer your questions. We don't sell personal data.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and security), PayPal and PortOne with its partner payment companies (payments), and OpenAI (automatic checks of names and images for prohibited content; not used to train models under their API terms).
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 5 years, as Korean tax law requires. Wall snapshots in the archive are kept indefinitely; ask us to blank out your name in them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@1dollarto1million.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
